Yeast to room temp, in small cup.

Add .5 tbsp sugar to yeast.

Measure flour into separate bowl.

Put a tad of flour with yeast & sugar.

Preheat bread pan. Hot water into pan; dump at 100 F, but reserve some.

Dissolve salt and remainder sugar in milk. Drop in butter. Nuke milk, salt, sugar and butter solution to about 80 F. Pour into pan.

Add remainder flour on top of milk in pan. Make a dimple for yeast add in.

Start standard cycle, ignore preheat.

Add 1.5 tbsp 100F water to yeast-sugar-flour. It will go wild.

Before pre-heat ends, dump sponge into dimple.

After knead, dough should be 80F.
